Please verify your existing turbocharger part number against our listing before purchasing. The 2.0 TDI CR170 uses the round port turbine housing — if your car has an oval port housing this is not the correct unit.
Installation
Install as per OEM/manufacturer instructions. Ensure the turbo is adequately primed before first startup and that oil feed and drain lines are clear and free of debris. Intake, charge pipework, and exhaust ports/manifold must be completely clear prior to installation — FOD (Foreign Object Damage) is the most common cause of early failure. Confirm boost levels with your mapper before extended high-load driving.
