Will this turbo fit my car?
All our product listings include full vehicle compatibility information including make, model, year range and engine code. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm fitment. We’d rather take 5 minutes to check than have you fit the wrong unit.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free UK shipping on orders over £400. For international orders, use the Request Quote button on any product page and we’ll come back to you with a shipping cost and delivery estimate for your country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, though it can vary depending on stock and workload. Custom or bespoke builds may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you informed and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What warranty do your turbos come with?
All turbo units come with a 12-month warranty to the original purchaser. This covers faulty materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by oil starvation, contaminated oil, foreign object damage, or use in motorsport/racing applications beyond the unit’s specified limits.
Do I need a remap after fitting a hybrid turbo?
Yes — for most hybrid turbo upgrades, a remap is required to unlock the full potential and ensure safe fuelling. Running a hybrid turbo on a standard map can cause running issues and potentially damage your engine. We recommend using a qualified tuner familiar with your vehicle platform.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. As our turbos are assembled to order, they are considered custom items — returns are at management discretion. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for details.
How does your cashback scheme work?
After purchasing, you can earn up to 10% cashback. You’ll receive 5% back for leaving a verified Google review, and a further 5% for submitting dyno results or data graphs with supporting media. Contact us via email after your purchase to claim. Cannot be combined with Klarna payments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping is quoted per order based on destination and weight. Use the Request Quote button on any product page and we’ll reply with a shipping cost and estimated delivery for your country. Once you approve, we’ll send you a secure payment link to complete the order.
