VW Transporter Turbo kit for 240hp Kit

Kit consists of the following

Large frame 1752 turbo

High flow stainless steel downpipe

Oil feed line

Turbo specs

52mm High flow compressor wheel

hi-flow compressor housing

GT17 cutback turbine wheel

Upgraded bearing system to handle more boost than the OEM unit safely

Brand new turbine housing/manifold

Includes new gasket set

De-Cat Downpipe

2.5″ TIG Welded stainless steel

Pipe reduces down to stock sized exhaust to slot in to the stock system

Kit is to fit the following engine codes BRR 85, BRS 104 & AXB 105

This kit requires injectors from a PD130/150 to be fitted to achieve over 160hp as the stock injectors run out of flow at this point.

Warranty is one year against manufacturing and parts defects upon inspection and assessment.

Returns are not accepted on items that are assembled and made to order as these are classed as custom made items. Returns accepted at discretion of the management with a potential restocking fee.

Any return agreed will only be refunded to agreed value if the item is returned in it’s as sent condition, not removed from the sealed packaging. At managers discretion the return may still be accepted but an inspection, testing and repackaging fee will be applied.
